Nothing is more rewarding for Jeffrey than giving professional massage services to eliminate physical tensions in people’s bodies. He specializes in Swedish,  Neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT), Trigger Points, Sports, & Connective Tissue massage techniques. Jeffrey went to Harrisburg Area Community College(HACC) where he  completed his Massage Training Therapy Program. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist for Pennsylvania as well as Maryland. During his free time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family and taking vacations around the globe. His favorite is traveling to Thailand to visit his In-laws.

Paul holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. He is an active, caring senior who, since 2015, has enjoyed helping thousands of clients to relieve stress and pain and improve movement, with the calming and healing powers of listening and touch with respectful pressure. Besides strong intuition and compassion born of practice, he also offers advanced medical knowledge from years of pharmaceutical R&D, facilitating collaboration with other healthcare providers using therapies based on science and guided by evidence. Paul will customize an effective bodywork plan to meet your wellness and/or rehabilitation goals, coordinating with health professionals (as desired), addressing your health history, physical condition, lifestyle and stress exposure.
